Atelier Materi

Atelier Materi takes its name from the Breton word “materi”, meaning “matter”, a tribute to the founder’s Breton roots. Brittany in northwest France is a land of powerful, rocky landscapes, and the house’s universe is shaped by this heritage, from fragrance to bottle. One distinctive raw material is the starting point of every creation. Each fragrance is an expression of slow luxury, where textures and volumes subtly merge to create depth and emotion. 

Every detail of the modernist bottle is a tribute to the untamed beauty of Brittany, capturing its rugged essence. The handmade concrete cap echoes the minerality of the cliffs, resembling a stone patina’d by waves, time and the elements. The deep blue glass of the bottle evokes the stormy waters.
