Gueule de Bois

“Gueule de bois” is French slang for “hangover”, translating literally as “wooden mouth”. This extrait is olfactory “hair of the dog”: a boozy, smoky, spicy scent to revive you after the excesses of the night before. Here we have a comforting rum spiked with pepper, cinnamon and incense, mellowed with sandalwood and sweetened amber.
