Charred Wood

The transformation of ingredients through fire, smoke, and time. Black pepper is crushed, chestnuts are roasted, and sea salt and crispy seaweed are transformed over open heat. At its heart, slow-brewed fermented tea unfolds with umami richness. Incense and myrrh deepen the composition with warm resinous notes, while clove leaf adds vibrant spice. Mineral facets give way to smoke — charcoal, hinoki, vetiver — before resolving in an amber-softened patchouli.
